1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

2. Services Description

Eva Elise Willsher provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Strategic marketing planning and consultation
• Digital marketing campaign development and management
• Brand development and positioning
• Performance optimization and analytics

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issue date
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Services may be suspended for overdue accounts
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and deliverables created specifically for clients become the property of the client upon full payment. Our methodologies, processes, and general business practices remain our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Marketing results cannot be guaranteed, and past performance does not indicate future results.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Termination does not affect payment obligations for services already provided. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
